How do you return the IQOS trial month?

Returning IQOS is possible without additional costs. With the provided return label in the box you can return the IQOS device at a Post NL point of your choice.

How do you purchase IQOS after the trial month?

If you would like to keep the device, you can pay the amount of 49 euro via the online payment link that you will receive from IQOS Care when your trial month expires. After payment the device is yours.

I have lost the return label, can you send me a new one?

Contact IQOS Care, they will provide you a new return label. You can contact our IQOS Care Team via any of the channels below, who will support you in finding the most suitable solution.
