Every IQOS device comes with a 2-year IQOS warranty from the date of purchase.
What's covered:
Device malfunction: We’ll fix factory faults occurring during the warranty period.
Faulty components: We’ll replace defective parts for free.
For the Pocket Charger and Holder, the warranty is valid for 2 year from the date of purchase.
What's not covered:
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents.
Accidental damage
Loss or theft of your device.
Repairs by non-IQOS service provide.

Accidental damage coverage is an extra service that refers to replacing during warranty period one time a holder and a pocket charger, registered in your account on iqos.nl from various reasons related to misusage of the device (for example, broken blade, broken door etc.).
