Our stores are now open 7 days a week for shopping, device troubleshooting and replacement by appointment.How it works:
Make an appointment by calling or SMS tel.no. 06-82118554 between 10:00-18:00. Calls after 14:00 will be planned for the next day*.
Please indicate the location you would like to go to.
You will receive a confirmation with a timeslot in which you can come to the store*.
The appointments will be made during opening hours 10:00-18:00 for all locations.
Please confirm the timeslot or let us know if you want to change it.
The timeslot are for a minimum of 10 minutes but can be longer if agreed.
Please come alone to the appointment. The appointment can only take place if you are symptom free.
Payment can only be made by card. During the appointment, please keep 1.5 meters distance from others and wear a face mask.
*as per regulation there has to be 4 hours between the call/SMS and the appointment timeslot

Keep your IQOS clean
More than ever, it's important to keep your device clean, in the same way that we do for washing our hands.
Here's what we recommend:
1. Clean the outside of the charger and the holder with a disinfectant wipe.
2. Clean the blade and the inside area of the holder with the dedicated cleaning sticks
3. Dispose of the used wipes and sticks in a bin.
Ordering online is a safe and easy way to get products during the corona crisis. The amount of parcels processed by Post NL has therefore increased enormously. This means that the delivery can be a bit later than you are used to from us. More about delivery times can be found here.
