You can bring your old IQOS to one of our brand stores or contact our customer care team via our support channels, and we will guide you on the next steps. Our ambition is that each device can be returned after use and recycled.
Additionally, old and used electronic devices can be handed over in your municipality or in several point of sales.

Once we receive the returned IQOS we will inspect and process the device according to our internal return guidelines.
All devices are then disposed in a recycling container managed by the recycling company WeCycle.

Once your experience with your IQOS device is finished, remove the used tobacco stick (HEETS or TEREA). If recycling is not possible, dispose of the stick as soon as it is fully cooled, according to local waste disposal regulations.
