What's inside the box?

When unboxing your IQOS kit you will notice the different components that you need to start using IQOS.

1. The IQOS Holder and the IQOS Pocket Charger - two main components for the usage of IQOS.

2. The IQOS Cleaner and IQOS Cleaning Sticks - two tools available to clean your device.

3. The IQOS USB Cable and the IQOS AC Power Adapter are charging components of the IQOS Pocket Charger.

How to use your IQOS for the first time

Start with Charging

If you just bought your IQOS device, the first step step you need to take is to make sure that the IQOS Holder is charged.

Insert the Holder into the Pocket Charger.

Press & Hold the Pocket Charger Button to Switch ON.

Once the lights start pulsing, your IQOS Holder is being charged.

When the lights stops, remove the Holder from the Pocket Charger by pressing the first button (from the top) of the Pocket Charger.

HEETS sticks

Insert the HEETS stick into the Holder, tobacco-side down & press and hold the Holder's button until the light pulses and a vibration is felt.

Once the light turns solid white you can start using your HEETS stick.

When do you know when it's finished?
The Holder will vibrate and the lights will start pulsing in the last 30 seconds (or 2 puffs left), after which it will automatically switch off.

! Never twist the HEETS stick as you could break the Heater Blade inside the IQOS Holder.

Dispose and Recharge

To remove the HEETS stick from the Holder, pull upwards the top part of the Holder (Cap) and remove the HEETS stick.

Dispose your HEETS properly as they are intended to only use once.

After every HEETS stick consumption, insert again the Holder in the Pocket Charger so that it will be fully charged once you would like to use it again.

Cleaning your IQOS device

Cleaning your IQOS device is one of the most important steps for the Holder maintenance and should be done after using 20 HEETS sticks.

The best way to clean your IQOS is to first use the IQOS Cleaner followed by a cleaning with an IQOS Cleaning Stick.

! Make sure the Holder is switched off before cleaning and that the blade has cooled down.

4 steps to clean your IQOS with the IQOS Cleaner

1. Remove the Holder from the Pocket Charger and pull the Cap upwards until it is completely separated from the Holder. Do the same with the IQOS Cleaner.

2. Remove the hook from the IQOS Cleaner and insert the Holder's body into the IQOS Cleaner long brush. Gently twist it to clean.

3. Insert the Cap into the IQOS Cleaner short brush and gently twist it once more.

4. Gently tap on a smooth surface both the Holder and the Cap to loosen and release any remaining tobacco fragments.

Afterwards, pick up a Cleaning Stick and unwrap it from the plastic protection.

Insert it in the Holder and gently clean around the blade. Although humid, the cleaning sticks will not damage your blade.

Switch the side of the Cleaning Stick and do the same for both sides of the Cap.
