92% of adult IQOS users would use a tobacco stick pack or portable solution to collect used tobacco sticks*. And you?

Collect your used tobacco sticks so they don't end up on the streets. Because IQOS heats tobacco and doesn't burn it, there is no need to stub out your tobacco stick. You can store it safely and odour free until you throw it in the nearest bin.

Recycle. Together.

If you have an old, broken or unused IQOS device, you can send it back to us so we can recycle it. We can repurpose 86% of your device, from the plastics to the precious metals. For every returned IQOS device we pledge to plant one tree through our partner Onetreeplanted.org.

You can attribute by either dropping off your device physically in one of the following retailers OR you can request a free mail return via Post NL. (device and holders only, no cables or accessories)

Option 1 - Return via PostNL:
Step 1: Place the device in a carton box or envelope. You can (re)use any that will fit the device. Make sure it does not move inside, before you tape it shut.
Step 2: Very visibly, write on the box/envelope: 98158 1000 VA AMSTERDAM
Step 3: Take the box/envelope to any Post NL office or drop off point. Post NL will create a return label and handle the rest of the shipping, free of charge.

You can prevent device issues with the cleaning brush and cleaning sticks. It is important that you clean device after every pack. Don't forget to clean the cap as well! Cleaning your device regularly has many advantages:
